Bags Of Plenty

We are proud to announce our 22nd Annual Bags Of Plenty Holiday Food Drive. Each year Food Resources sponsors one major food drive.  We call it Bags Of Plenty, and this year is no exception.  This food drive enables us to help feed the many needy families in our area at this crucial time of year.  When most families are thinking of holiday gifts and traveling to friends or relatives, many in the community are thinking of ways to not only buy gifts for their children but also how to feed them.  That's where you come in.  You can help us to feed the many needy children and adults in our community by donating food, money or time to this very worthy cause.  Our goal is to collect 30,000 pounds of food to distribute to families and food pantries during this holiday season.  We need your help to restock our shelves for this upcoming holiday season.  With the cold weather upon us, more and more people are going to need our help this year as the cost of heating homes is going to rise dramatically.  These folks are going to have to make some very tough decisions.  Do I pay my heating bill, rent, etc. or do I buy food for my family.  With your help we can help ease that burden.  Please, help us, help them.
